Design and develop SharePoint Online solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
Customize SharePoint using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and out-of-the-box features.
Manage and support SharePoint environments, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Participate in solution design discussions and recommend best practices.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution for SharePoint-related problems.
Support SharePoint migrations and integration with other Microsoft 365 services or third-party systems.
Maintain documentation for developed solutions, configurations, and processes.
Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data protection policies.
Provide guidance and occasional support to junior team members.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience working with SharePoint (Online and/or On-Premises).
Solid experience with Microsoft 365 services and cloud-based solutions.
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Power Platform.
Experience in developing and customizing SharePoint solutions.
Familiarity with SharePoint migration tools and methodologies is a plus.
Understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience working with REST APIs and integrating external systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
