Deskripsi pekerjaan
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, contract signing)
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job portals (e.g Kalibrr, LinkedIn), professional networking sites, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct psychological testing and perform scoring and interpretation of test results
- Coordinate with hiring managers/users regarding candidate requirements and qualifications.
- Ensure the recruitment process runs according to the timeline and hiring targets.
- Maintain and manage recruitment databases
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) aligned with production targets and business objectives.
- Handling and organize training & development programs (planning, evaluation, training facilitator, etc)
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
- Develop and update Job Descriptions and Job Competency standards.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Management or other related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment or Training & Development Program (preferably in IT industry)
- Strong interviewing and assessment abilities
- Strong knowledge and analyzation skills in psychological assessment to support hiring decisions and ensure candidate role fit
- Experience recruiting from staff up to managerial level positions is preferred.
- Familiar with Training Need Analysis (TNA), competency matrix, and training evaluation methods.
- Experience in developing and implementing training materials and SOP.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with HR systems or HRIS platforms.
