Provide leadership and guidance on projects related to regulatory reporting systems
Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget
Manage stakeholder expectations, communication, and alignment between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.
Oversee project documentation, risk management, issue resolution, and change control processes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear task assignments, deliverables, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Drive project governance, reporting regularly to senior management on status, risks, and mitigation plans
Kualifikasi
Middle: min 4 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, in the banking industry
Senior: min 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, in the banking industry.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Fluent in English
Proven experience managing projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Pmp, Prince2, or Scrum Master certification is a plus
