- Assist Project Planning – Help create project schedules, update daily/weekly progress, and prepare progress reports.
- Support Monitoring & Control – Track project progress, compare actual vs planned work, and flag potential delays.
- Coordinate with Teams – Work closely with engineers, contractors, and vendors; join meetings and take notes.
- Handle Project Documentation – Organize project files, document site activities, and assist with reports and as-built documents.
- Contribute to Improvement & Analysis – Provide simple ideas for efficiency and help analyze basic technical issues on-site.

Kualifikasi
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Industrial Engineering
-Basic understanding of project management (planning, scheduling, and controlling)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) and Microsoft Project or Primavera (strong advantage)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Available to fully work from office (Monday-Friday)
- Available for a 6-month internship program
