About this Position
We are looking for a Mass Hiring Recruitment Officer who is responsible for handling high-volume recruitment of blue-collar partners to support operational needs. This role ensures timely fulfillment, coordinates closely with the operations team regarding partner performance and violations, manages related administrative and disciplinary processes, and maintains recruitment quality in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Job Description
As our Astronaut, your missions are:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and fulfillment process for blue-collar partners (Picker, Packer, Driver, Inventory) based on operational needs.
- Achieve daily and weekly hiring targets aligned with operational demands.
- Ensure the recruitment process remains simple, efficient, and high quality.
- Coordinate closely with the Operations team regarding partner violation reports to ensure data validity.
- Follow up on violation reports by directly communicating with the respective partners.
- Manage administrative processes related to disciplinary actions (including documentation and Warning Letters/SP) in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitor and ensure smooth processing of Warning Letters (SP) until finalization.
- Maintain proper documentation and recruitment tracking using Excel.
- Adapt quickly to operational changes and urgent manpower requirements.

Kualifikasi
In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:
- Minimum AssociateāsDegree in any major
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR operations, compliance, or handling blue-collar workers/partners.
- Proven experience in mass hiring / high-volume recruitment.
- Background from Logistics, E-commerce, Channel Management/Enabler, or Outsourcing Retail Logistics is highly preferred.
- Strong operational mindset and able to work under tight targets and dynamic changes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to deliver clear and firm messages.
- Detail-oriented and strong in administrative tasks.
- Basic Excel skills (tracking, reporting, data recap).
- Humble, proactive, adaptable, and have a positive attitude.
- Willing to work WFO (Work From Office).
