Lead the full procurement cycle: sourcing, negotiation, purchase, delivery monitoring, and post-purchase evaluation.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and price databases.
Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Lead procurement activities related to project renovations, facility upgrades, or fit-outs, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
Oversee procurement for warehouse equipment, racking systems, and MHE (material handling equipment) in coordination with the warehouse/ops team.
Ensure quality assurance of materials and services delivered, including alignment with technical specs, installation standards, and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Proven negotiation skills with a strong understanding of contracts and procurement processes.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain management and quantity surveyor.
Experience in warehouse procurement or quality assurance, including handling fit-out projects or procurement of operational equipment assets.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
