- Monitor production systems including applications, services, interfaces, APIs, and batch jobs to ensure system availability and optimal performance.
- Handle incident management activities including issue identification, troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution.
- Perform problem management processes including root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive action implementation.
- Support user issues and service requests in accordance with defined SLA/OLA targets.
- Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, and external vendors/partners to resolve production issues.
- Monitor system health using monitoring tools such as Grafana and other monitoring platforms.
- Create and maintain incident documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Prepare incident reports, system availability reports, SLA compliance reports, and RCA documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT Production Support, Application Support, IT Operations, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of incident management and problem management processes.
- Hands-on experience in application and system troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/query for troubleshooting and data analysis purposes.
- Understanding of API and system integration concepts.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar tools is a plus.
- Familiar with Linux/Unix environment and basic command line operations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to work in shifts or provide on-call support when required.
