Deskripsi pekerjaan
- Ensure all employee data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented within HRIS.
- Support HRIS enhancements, configuration changes, and system improvements in collaboration with vendors or internal IT.
- Implement and socialize HR policies, procedures, and SOPs consistently across the organization.
- Standardize HR operational processes to ensure scalability and consistency.
- Document HR processes and maintain updated SOPs.
- Ensure HRIS data accuracy to support payroll processing and benefits enrollment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Capital / HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
- Proven experience managing HR processes for a large workforce
- Hands-on experience using HRIS as a primary working tools.
- Strong HRIS capability: data management, reporting, system navigation, and troubleshooting.
- High proficiency in Excel and HR data reporting.
- Understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR compliance.
- Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
