Manage the day to day operations of our hub, ensuring that our aggressive customer delivery SLA targets are met and orders are fulfilled accurately

Submit daily/weekly/monthly attendance, output, and stock reports as requested by management

Work closely with the Hub Operations Manager and our Operations Excellence team to continuously improve on our processes across all Astro Hub

Daily stock check and cycle counts to maintain 100% stock accuracy and SLoc Accuracy

Daily quality control (fresh and perishable goods) to make sure our customers receive the highest quality produce

Conduct a review of the Inbound process

Apply continuous improvement initiatives to drive process, compliance, on-time completion, within budget, documented results.

Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, operational matrix, customer SLA, and cost of the HUB department to achieve business performance.

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures; identifies opportunities for improvement which will improve day-to-day operations.

Leads coordination and integration of efforts among departments to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.

Analyze and provide insights on the operating performance of each function, develop recommendations and provide analytical support for internal projects/initiatives.

Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with strategic partners focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Plan your team's weekly shift schedule, accounting for potential order spikes and activities which require additional manpower (Handle 4 Team leader)

Kualifikasi

Two years of managerial level experience, ideally within commerce logistics or warehousing.

Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, operational matrix, customer SLA, and cost of the HUB department to achieve business performance.

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures; identifies opportunities for improvement which will improve day-to-day operations.
