1. Revenue Ownership
- Take full ownership of company revenue targets across B2B, B2C, retail, distributor, project, and online channels.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly commercial growth strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Monitor revenue performance, margin health, and business profitability.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, market gaps, and growth acceleration initiatives.
2. Full Funnel Integration
- Build and manage end-to-end customer journey from awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty.
- Ensure seamless coordination between brand marketing, digital marketing, sales operations, CRM, and after-sales support.
- Improve customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and overall conversion efficiency.
- Establish strong reporting systems for full-funnel performance tracking.
3. Commercial Strategy
- Lead business development strategy for key accounts, modern trade, distributors, retail channels, and strategic partnerships.
- Drive market expansion initiatives including offline channel growth and omnichannel development.
- Develop pricing strategy, promotional planning, and channel optimization.
- Support product launch strategy and market penetration planning.
4. Marketing Strategy Alignment
- Ensure brand strategy supports commercial objectives and revenue targets.
- Align marketing campaigns with sales priorities, product launches, festive campaigns, and market demand.
- Oversee brand marketing, digital marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, retail activation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement across all touchpoints.
5. Performance Management
- Set KPI frameworks for commercial and marketing teams with strong accountability systems.
- Lead performance review processes for managers and team leaders.
- Ensure data-driven decision making through dashboards, CRM reports, and business analytics.
- Improve operational efficiency and execution excellence across departments.
6. Cross-Function Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Supply Chain, IT, and People & Culture to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support digital transformation initiatives involving CRM, ERP, CDP, AI tools, and omnichannel systems.
- Ensure sales execution is supported by inventory planning, financial discipline, and system infrastructure.
- Act as strategic partner to Managing Director for business growth decisions.

Kualifikasi
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
Experience
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership position managing cross-functional teams
- Build a high-performance commercial culture focused on accountability, execution speed, and measurable results.
- Develop strong succession planning and team capability building.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market expansion
- Experience in multi-channel business (retail, distributor, and online)
- Experience in electronics, FMCG, or consumer goods industry is preferred
