We are looking for a hands-on and resourceful Freelance Recruiter to support high-volume and strategic hiring initiatives across multiple business functions at Vidio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong sourcing capabilities, and is comfortable partnering closely with hiring managers across dynamic business teams.

3 months (project-based contract)
Scope of Hiring
You will support recruitment for various functions, including but not limited to: Marketing, Product, Content, Commercial / Sales, Operations, and other related functions within Emtek Group
Tanggung jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
- Conduct proactive sourcing through LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
- Screen and shortlist qualified candidates
- Coordinate interview processes and candidate communication
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Maintain recruitment tracker and provide regular hiring updates
- Support employer branding and talent mapping initiatives when needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech, digital, startup, media, or entertainment industries
- Strong experience in sourcing and stakeholder management
- Able to handle multiple openings simultaneously
- Familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment platforms
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working independently with fast turnaround timelines
- Available to join immediately or within short notice
