Assist producers and editorial team in daily content production activities.
Conduct research to support content development and storytelling.
Contribute creative ideas for content, especially for digital and social media platforms.
Support simple video editing (especially vertical/short-form content) using tools such as Premiere Pro or CapCut.
Assist in production shooting, including handling basic equipment and supporting on-field coverage.
Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with editorial standards and audience needs.
Kualifikasi
Undergraduate student or fresh graduate from any major (preferably Communication, Journalism, Broadcasting, or related fields).
Enjoy reading and have a strong interest in content, media, and current issues.
Basic skills in video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
Able to use design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
Creative, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively in a team.
Experience in hosting, reporting, or field coverage is a plus.
