Provide accurate pricing estimates that align with client requirements.

Negotiate and re-negotiate product/solution offerings at the C-Level within client organizations.
Demonstrate solid understanding of IT solutions and actively participate in pre-sales processes to tailor effective solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer needs and performance goals are met.
Manage and report on the sales pipeline on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to align with quarterly and annual targets.
Develop a personal strategy and task list to achieve sales goals and performance targets.
Handle customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Kualifikasi
Minimum of a Diploma (D3), preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Technology, Business, or any related field.
5-6 years of experience in selling IT solutions such as IT Custom Development, IT Resourcing, ERP systems, Cloud, Middleware, APIs, Automation, and Database Management, as well as subscription-based software.
Experience handling accounts from industries such as Banking, FSI, Telco, Government, State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs), F&B, FMCG, Retail, Fintech, e-Commerce, Warehousing & Distribution, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Services.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with experience in engaging mid-level management and C-Level executives.
Proven experience working with and managing partners and principals; strong attitude and negotiation skills.
Solid knowledge of IT solutions, including Operating Systems, Virtualization, DevSecOps, Middleware, APIs, and Automation.
Understanding of financial fundamentals (P&L, COGS, budgeting) and familiarity with contracts, SLAs, project proposals, and RFPs.
Have English language skills (write and verbal)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
