- Identify and develop new business opportunities from both new and existing clients.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs and translate them into viable business opportunities and solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal preparation, negotiation, follow-up, and closing.
- Participate in tender and bidding processes when required.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare tailored solutions and proposals.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain relationships post-project implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Consulting, Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong relationship management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability in both hunting (new business acquisition) and farming (account management).
- Experienced in managing sales pipelines and working with targets and deadlines.
- Understanding of tender/bidding processes is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address client needs.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
