Collaborate daily at our Jakarta office to identify, analyze, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Draft and manage comprehensive project documentation, specifically Requirements Documents (RD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Technical Specification Documents (TSD).
Oversee the end-to-end SDLC process, ensuring all system architectures and API concepts are aligned with banking standards.
Utilize analytical thinking to solve complex problems and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Maintain high standards of technical writing, ensuring all documentation is structured clearly with impeccable grammar.
Manage database fundamentals and system logic to ensure technical feasibility for proposed solutions.
Work proactively in a fast-paced environment to meet strict project deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams within the Jakarta area to ensure seamless project delivery and system integration.
Kualifikasi
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in any related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst specifically within the Banking sector.
Strong academic performance, with a preferred GPA of 2.75 or higher.
Proven capability in preparing RD, FSD, and TSD documentation (relevant experience from academic projects, internships, or training is acceptable).
Solid understanding of SDLC, system architecture, API concepts, and database fundamentals.
Full professional proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.
Fast learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Willingness to work from the office located in the Jakarta area.
