1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and strengthen brand identity, positioning, and market differentiation across all product categories and business channels.
- Ensure brand strategy aligns with commercial objectives, target audience, and long-term business growth.
- Maintain strong brand consistency across online, offline, retail, and distributor touchpoints.
- Build competitive market positioning and improve brand perception.
2. Campaign & Brand Activation
- Plan and execute brand campaigns including product launches, festive campaigns, grand openings, exhibitions, and strategic promotions.
- Develop integrated brand activation strategies across retail, digital, and channel marketing.
- Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Retail Marketing, and Creative teams for campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize brand engagement performance.
3. Product & Packaging Branding
- Oversee branding strategy for product launches, packaging design direction, manuals, and product presentation materials.
- Ensure product branding reflects market positioning and strengthens customer trust.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Creative teams to improve product presentation and shelf impact.
- Maintain consistency in product communication and packaging standards.
4. Social Media – Organic & Content
- Lead organic social media strategy across platforms to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Develop content direction, storytelling, and communication strategy for brand channels.
- Ensure strong consistency in messaging, visual identity, and customer interaction.
- Support community engagement and long-term organic audience growth.
5. Brand Performance Monitoring
- Monitor brand health, awareness, campaign performance, and customer perception across channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer feedback to improve brand strategy.
- Provide performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.
- Improve brand ROI and long-term brand equity.
6. Partnership & Collaboration
- Build strategic partnerships with key accounts, distributors, communities, media partners, and brand collaborators.
- Manage co-branding opportunities, sponsorships, influencer partnerships, and external collaborations.
- Strengthen market reach through strategic alliances and brand visibility programs.
- Ensure partnerships support both brand growth and commercial objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Design (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or retail marketing within consumer goods or lifestyle industries.
- Proven experience managing vendor marketing, creative agencies, and offline brand campaigns.
- Experience in retail store design or visual merchandising is strongly preferred.
- Strong creative sensibility, project management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
