Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across online and offline channels.
Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams such as Business Development and Sales.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Manage and mentor the marketing and creative team to deliver high-impact results.
Collaborate with external partners, including media and advertising agencies, to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor, evaluate, and report campaign performance, while optimizing marketing budget
Kualifikasi
- 5–10 years of experience in Marketing, preferably within retail (online and/or offline).
- Strong understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and impactful campaign ideas.
- Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and making strategic decisions.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and emerging technologies.
