Manage vendor registration and maintain updated vendor records.
Coordinate required documentation with vendors and ensure proper archiving.
Support product registration and product ID creation.
Coordinate ISBN registration when required and maintain related records.
Prepare administrative documents for vendor coordination, product development, and internal approvals.
Maintain organized filing of contracts, registrations, and operational documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect required documents and information.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operational processes.
Kualifikasi
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in administrative roles.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially in document management.
Comfortable working with administrative systems, spreadsheets, and structured documentation.
Good coordination and communication skills when working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
